Description

Les technologies civiques - ou « civic tech » - sont des opportunités d'améliorer le fonctionnement et l’efficacité de la démocratie, en renouvelant les formes d’engagement des citoyens. Appliquées aux projets urbains, elles permettent d'associer une plus grande diversité d'acteurs et d'offrir à un plus grand nombre d'habitants la capacité de contribuer aux démarches de concertation. Pour cela, une feuille de route pour le développement des « civic tech » a été mise en place par l'Etat de Genève afin que les approches de concertation et d'innovation ouvertes soient appliquées à la conception et à l'usage de ces outils. L'Etat de Genève met en place une démarche collective pour que se développent des outils et un écosystème d'acteurs. L'Etat de Genève est partenaire du baromètre des «civic tech» en Suisse avec l'Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne.

Et si on utilisait les possibilités du numérique pour favoriser la participation publique ? Pour mieux participer, avec davantage d'impact ou encore pour toucher plus de gens et rendre la participation accessible au plus grand nombre ? Pour améliorer nos projets ?

Le premier atelier de la démarche civic-tech* (technologies civiques) du département du territoire de l'Etat de Genève vous invite et vous propose de construire votre outil numérique au service de la participation. En nous basant sur des projets de territoire déjà existants et sur différentes expériences menées à Genève mais aussi ailleurs en Suisse romande et en Europe, nous vous proposons de construire votre scénario d'implémentation.
